Important Note for Public Participants Below 16 Years Old:

If you are under 16 years old at the time of registration and not an SJI student, you must submit a Parental Consent Form.

Please complete the form and email it to info@rayofhope.sg  within 48 hours of registering.

Failure to submit the form will result in an incomplete registration, and you will not be allowed to participate in the event, regardless of payment made.

Note: Students from St. Joseph’s Institution (SJI) will submit their consent forms through the school. No separate email submission is required for SJI students.
